Our Shared Habitat

  • Evergreen Library Community Meeting Room 5000 County Highway 73 Evergreen, CO, 80439 United States (map)

Residents of the mountain foothills area are invited to participate in a special evening with CPW District Wildlife Officer/Manager Jacob Sonberg.

Many of us reside in the mountain foothills community because we searched for a home featuring abundant wildlife, expansive views and a small-town culture. For most of us, dreams of plentiful wildlife have been realized…every day!

Living amidst bountiful and habituated wildlife necessitates a clear understanding of how we can coexist with them in our shared habitat. Officer Sonberg will share solutions and strategies that we can put into place to protect wildlife, our homes and ourselves. You can bring your curiosities and burning questions for the Q&A.

By taking a few common-sense steps, we can join together to create a safe environment for wildlife, our homes and ourselves.
