Wild Aware’s Barbed Wire Warriors are collaborating with Evergreen Sustainability Alliance to collect your hard-to-recycle items. We need your help at Evergreen High School for one hour or more! Event is 10-2; volunteering slots are 9am-3pm'.

Spring Clean Recycling Event

Join us on Saturday, June 21st from 10:00am to 2:00pm at Evergreen High School parking lot.

We are collecting Electronics (small appliances. No freon of any sort), Glass (brown, clear, green & blue colored. No vases, crystal, plates or windows), Block Styrofoam (No peanuts or food containers), Paint Cans, with or without paint (No stains or lacquers), Barbed Wire, please put this on the top of your pile of recycling as it will unloaded first during the event, and Scrap Metal (No pressurized containers like propane, hairspray, paint, etc…).

A few items will have a small recycling fee.

Please bring a credit card with you as these fees must be paid to Electronic Hauler. These fees do not go to the ESA.

Items with a recycling fee are, Flatscreen TVs at $25 a piece, then CRT Monitors & Large TVs (think of big, bulky, desktop monitors & box TVs) are $50 a piece.

There is a suggested donation of $20
